أحدثت جامعة المعارف للعلوم التطبيقية في العام الدراسي 2023 -2024 في سرمدا الجديدة شمال إدلب، تعتمد اللغة الإنكليزية في التدريس، وتضم عدداً من الكليات التطبيقية والنظرية. انطلقت الجامعة من المســـؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسي الجامعة (شركة ريفا فارما للصناعات الدوائية) تجاه المجتمع، وإيمانـــا منهم بالأثر الإيجابي لهذا المشـــروع في تطوير منظومة التعليم العالي في سورية.

إِعلَان تَوظِيف لِأعْضَاء الهيْئة التَّعْليميَّة

تُعْلِن جَامِعة المعارف لِلْعلوم التَّطْبيقيَّة (MAS) عن رَغبتِها فِي التَّعاقد مع مُرشَّحِين مُؤهَّلِين لِشَغل مَنصِب مُدرِّس أكاديميّ للعام الدراسي2025-2026، قَادرِين على التَّدْريس بِاللُّغة الإنْجليزيَّة.

إذا كنت حاصلاً على دَرجَة الدُّكْتوراه أو الماجسْتير فِي المَجَالات المطلوبة، يمكنك الانضمام إِلى اَلفرِيق التَّدْريسيِّ لِلْجامعة.

الاختصاصات المطلوبة:

هَندسَة الميكاترونيكس.

الهنْدسة المعْلوماتيَّة.

الهَندسَة المِيكانيكية.

الهنْدسة الكهْربائيَّة.

الرِّياضيَّات.

الكيمْياء: الكيمْياء الفيزيائية، الكيمْياء العضْويَّة، الكيمْياء اللَّاعضْويَّة.

اَللغَة الإنْجليزيَّة: الأدبيَّات، اللُّغويَّات، التَّرْجمة، طَرائِق التَّدْريس.

المهارات المطْلوبة:

• اَلقُدرة على تحفِيز الطُّلَّاب فِي الأبْحاث العلْميَّة.
• اَلقُدرة على صِياغة أَسئِلة البحْث، ونشْر النَّتائج فِي المجلَّات الأكاديميَّة ذات السُّمْعة الطَّيِّبة، والْمشاركة فِي المؤْتمرات البحْثيَّة.
• كفاءة استخدام الأدوات التِّكْنولوجيَّة لِتعْزِيز نَتائِج التَّدْريس والتَّعلُّم والْبَحْث.
• مسْتَوى جَيِّد في اَللغَة الإنْجليزيَّة.

الخبْرة المطْلوبة:                               

• ثَلَاث سَنَوات فِي التَّدْريس الجامعيِّ.
• خِبْرَة فِي تَطوِير ومراجعة المناهج الدِّراسيَّة على المسْتوى الجامعيِّ، بِمَا فِي ذَلِك تَصمِيم اَلْمَواد التَّعْليميَّة المبْتكرة والْواجبات.

الواجبات والْمسْؤوليَّات الرَّئيسيَّة:

• تَقدِيم المحاضرات باللغة الانكليزية وَفْق اَلخُطط الدِّراسيَّة والْمناهج الأكاديميَّة لِلْجامعة.
• تَقدِيم الدَعْم الإِضافيٍّ لِلطُّلَّاب عِنْد الحاجة.
• تَصمِيم وإدارة التَّقْييمات المتعلِّقة بِالموادِّ التَّدْريسيَّة.
• التَّعاون مع زُمَلاء القسْم لِلْمساهمة فِي عَمَليَّة التَّخْطيط الأكاديميِّ.
• الإشْراف والتَّوْجيه لِلْأبْحاث والدِّراسات.
• الحفَاظ على النَّشْر فِي البحْث اَلعلْمِي، ومواكبة التَّطوُّرات العلْميَّة والْبحْثيَّة.
• تَعزِيز الإبْداع فِي الكتابة ونشْر المعْرفة خَارِج اَلحُدود التَّقْليديَّة.
• القيَام بِالْواجبات اَلتِي يُكلَّف بِهَا من قبل مَجلِس القسْم أو إِدارة الجامعة.

إِجْراءات التَّقْديم ومعْلومات اَلموْعِد النِّهائيِّ:

يَطلُب مِن المرشَّحين المهْتمِّين تَقدِيم سِيرَة ذَاتِية، ودليلاً على فَعالِية التَّدْريس (اَلسجِل التَّدْريسيُّ)، وبيانًا بِالاهْتمام اَلبحْثِي، وتفاصيل الاتِّصال لِثلاثة مَراجِع مِهْنِية.

Al Maaref University of Applied Sciences

Al Maaref University of Applied Sciences Was established in the academic year 2023-2024 in new Sarmada, north of Idlib. The university uses English as its teaching language and includes several applied and theoretical colleges. The university was launched based on the social responsibility of its founders (Riva Pharma Pharmaceutical Industries Company) towards society, and their belief in the positive impact of this project in developing the higher education system in Syria.

Al Maaref University of Applied Sciences (MAS) announces its intention to contract with qualified candidates to fill the position of academic lecturer for the academic year 2025-2026, capable of teaching in the English language .

If you hold a doctorate or master’s degree in the required fields, you can join the university’s teaching team.

Required Specializations:

Mechatronics Engineering.

Information Technology.

Mechanical Engineering.

Electrical Engineering.

Mathematics.

Chemistry: Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry.

English Language: Literature, Linguistics, Translation, Teaching Methods.

Economics: Management, Accounting, Management Information Systems.

Required Skills:

• Ability to motivate students in scientific research.
• Ability to formulate research questions, publish results in reputable academic journals, and participate in research conferences.
• Proficiency in using technological tools to enhance teaching, learning, and research outcomes.
• Good level in the English language.

Required Experience:

• Three years of teaching at the university.
• Experience in curriculum development and review at the university level, including designing innovative instructional materials, assignments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures in English language according to university curriculum plans and academic curricula.
• Provide additional support to students when needed.
• Design and manage assessments related to course topics.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to contribute to academic planning.
• Supervise and mentor research and studies.
• Maintain engagement in scientific publishing and keeping abreast of scientific and research developments.
• Enhance creativity in writing and disseminating knowledge beyond traditional boundaries.
• Perform duties assigned by the department council or university administration.
